Sunlight

Place your Silver Rosette in a location that receives plenty of bright, indirect light.

Gentle morning sunlight can be beneficial, but avoid suddenly exposing the plant to prolonged, intense midday sun, particularly if it has previously been kept in a shaded environment.

If moving it to a brighter location, gradually increase its exposure to sunlight.

Watering

As a cactus/succulent, Silver Rosette prefers drier conditions and should not be watered too frequently.

Allow the soil to dry thoroughly between waterings before adding water again.

When watering, thoroughly moisten the soil and allow all excess water to drain from the bottom of the pot.

Avoid leaving the plant sitting in water, as prolonged moisture around the roots can lead to root rot.

Soil & Drainage

Silver Rosette performs best in loose, fast-draining soil formulated for cacti and succulents.

Excellent drainage is essential. The soil should not remain wet for extended periods after watering.

Temperature

Keep your Silver Rosette in a warm, well-ventilated environment and protect it from extreme temperatures and prolonged heavy rain.

Indoor plants should also be kept away from strong air-conditioning drafts where possible.

Feeding

Cacti and succulents generally require only light feeding.

During periods of active growth, a suitable cactus or succulent fertilizer can be applied occasionally at a reduced strength according to the product instructions.

Avoid excessive fertilizing, as more is not necessarily better for slow-growing succulents.

One of the biggest attractions of Silver Rosette is how little attention it requires.

With sufficient light, good drainage and careful watering, this compact plant can maintain its beautiful sculptural appearance while requiring considerably less maintenance than many traditional houseplants.
